Jin In

 

Movement builder, changemaker, storycatcher – Jin In’s mission is to ignite the next generation of empowered women changemakers. Called to serve girls in the wake of 9/11, Jin has worked with both Democratic and Republican administrations, UN agencies, grassroots and global organizations, uplifting over 10 million girls worldwide. Now as the founder of For Girls GLocal Leadership (4GGL), she collects empowerment data and shares stories of girls who are a force for change, amplifying the Girl Power Movement.

 

Tinotenda Mhungu

 

Tinotenda Mhungu is a social and economic justice activist in Zimbabwe. He serves as the National Spokesperson for the Youth Advocacy for Reform and Democracy, a youth group focussed on advocating for better conditions and opportunities for young Zimbabweans and also on building bridges between politically polarized communities. He is a member of Initiatives of Change team in Zimbabwe.

Bilal Khan

 

Bilal Khan, 28, is a housing rights activist based in Mumbai, where half the population lives in slums. During six years of activism and working with communities, he has focused on housing, basic amenities and rehabilitation of slum dwellers. He fights cases in the Human Rights Commission, organizes communities to demand their rights and has been part of fact-finding teams on various human rights issues in Mumbai and other parts of India.

Fatouma Tabet Salem

 

My name is Fatouma Tabet Salem and I am currently doing an MSc in Public Health and Health Promotion in the UK. I believe in education and in empowering the women and girls in my country through building a safe and healthy space for them to grow and succeed. ‘The only thing worth doing is what we do for others’: my goal is to help make an impact in my community, change the system and give back.

Sahiti Maley

 

My name is Sahiti Maley and I was born and brought up in a conservative Indian family, and am now an engineer and an MBA graduate. I currently work in the marketing department of a major Indian telecommunications company. I was part of the Caux Peace and Leadership Programme in 2017 during a break from corporate work. This was a transformative period which shaped my personal values and beliefs.  

Olha Tymoshchuk

 

A general manager in the Ukrainian office of a British company, Olha Tymoshchuk is an environmental activist who implements zero-waste principles in her personal life, in her community and in business. She was a Caux Scholar in 2018.
