The course "Introduction to the Inner Development Goals (IDGs)" is aligned with our core values and can be delivered as part of your stay in Caux or separately.

Goals
What skills and qualities are needed to achieve the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)? Inner Development Goals (IDGs) offer a response to this question. Developed in 2015 by a team of international researchers through an extensive consultation process, the IDGs encourage organizations and businesses to reflect on the skills required for a sustainable and desirable future, and to implement them through various tools.
Public
Any person or organization who wants to learn more about the IDG Framework and how it can be applied in their professional and/or private activities.
Objectives and deliverables
The workshop starts with an overview of the Inner Development Goals (IDGs) and framework, which encompasses five dimensions and 23 key skills and qualities. Participants are then invited to explore these concepts through hands-on exercises and to learn how to incorporate them into their leadership practices. By the end of the course, participants will have a solid understanding of the IDGs and be able to identify the dimensions and skills most relevant to their organization. They will also be equipped to lead small sessions that help their teams adopt and integrate the IDGs.
