We look forward to welcoming you to our annual immersion experience in personal and strategic renewal, organised in partnership with Systemic Renewal, for exceptional change leaders, who sometimes feel overwhelmed.
This residential is designed for committed, hardworking change leaders who find themselves pondering a change of career, stepping sideways into starting a meditation studio or just moving to a farm!! These ideas circle for all of us from time to time, because the cost of leading change from within systems is high. This residential is our way of sowing into leaders who have the gifts and vision to make a difference, but could use a reset once a year.

At Caux, we know that leading systemic change within organisations, governments and cross-culturally can feel overwhelming and the pace of change too slow. The Caux Palace is a special place with a unique history of providing individuals and communities with space to heal and redesign their future; by setting up intentional learning communities skilled in the practice of looking back to look forward.
The inaugural Caux College of Renewal gathered a global cohort of change leaders, to practice our uniquely holistic approach to building communities of practice that specialize in organisational renewal.
