We therefore offer a wide range of courses which mix theory and practice and combine experience from the head with experience from the heart. All courses are delivered by our experienced trainers and facilitators.

Facilitation involves designing and managing shared spaces (meetings, gatherings, workshops) in a participative and collaborative way to achieve given objectives: for example, responding to complex issues, problem-solving, developing sustainable strategies or making collectively validated decisions.
Over the last few decades, the Caux Initiatives of Change Foundation has developed and applied a range of practices and tools that reflect its mission to inspire, equip and connect individuals, groups and organizations to engage effectively and innovatively in the promotion of trust, ethical leadership, sustainable living and human security.
Our approaches encourage deep-seated and lasting transformation that resonates with today's needs.

These short modules, ranging from a few hours to a full day, are aligned with our core values. Our goal in providing them is to contribute to a broader movement centred on the economy of giving and exchange.
You can pick and choose the module(s) which work(s) best for you or your team or organisation. Courses can be delivered as part of your stay in Caux or separately.
IMPORTANT: For participants based in Geneva and with a Swiss contract, please note that it is possible to obtain a subsidy from the canton of Geneva through the Chèque Annuel de Formation (CAF) programme.

Dynamics of Change: Discover and experience the values of Initiatives of Change
For more than 75 years, the Caux Foundation, a member of the Initiatives of Change (IofC) movement, has been developing innovative facilitation and training tools, imbued with the values of the organization and based on the fundamental idea that change starts with oneself. This involves such practices as pacing one's day according to ‘quiet times’, developing active and empathetic listening, putting tools in place to support change, etc. These are all methods that are recognized as means of strengthening team cohesion. You will also discover IofC’s programmes, including Creators of Peace and the Trustbuilding Program.

Caux College of Renewal
At the Caux College of Renewal we believe that nothing and no one is ever 'too far gone'. Our five day intensive course offers a unique opportunity to be trained in systemic renewal, which is a way to lead change for systems that are no longer working well, or perhaps never did. Whilst systems change theory and thinking are gaining traction as ways of approaching change leadership, shifting the paradigms that underpin a system isn't easy. We offer an academically grounded, evidence-based pedagogy for deconstructing and purposefully rebuilding a system, starting with its mindsets.
