Asheesh Khaneja
Asheesh Khaneja did his MBA from the Indian Institute of Planning and Management India. He has been a corporate executive for the last three decades in Asia, having taken multiple roles in the Information technology and application software world in India and Singapore. At DEC (digital equipment) he drove the systems integration business. At Oracle he headed Oracle’s Manufacturing ERP business in Asia. At IBM he drove IBM’s Middleware business in Asia and ASEAN. With more that 30+ years in the IT, technology transformation & software industry in Asia, Asheesh is now on the board of three technology start-ups based out of Singapore, India and the US. He also drives the soft skills education business for Simitri Group International in India.
At the age of nineteen Asheesh attended a three-week residential training programme in “effective living” conducted by Initiatives of Change (then Moral Re-Armament) in Asia Plateau in Panchgani, India. The transformative experience of this course lead him to work at Rajmohan Gandhi’s Himmat Weekly magazine. As Innovation Catalyst, supporting the Caux Initiatives of Change Foundation, Asheesh brings his technology experience and expertise to initiate innovative technology projects that align with the Foundation's objectives.
