Timo Pfender
Timo Pfender holds a Bachelor’s degree in European Studies with a social science orientation and geographical focus on Central and Eastern Europe. Besides his interests in civil society development in Central and Eastern Europe and Russia, Timo is passionate about communication, personal development and understanding societal conditions of social exclusion and discrimination and their effect on personality. Currently he is studying Social Work. Since 2014 he has been a board member and project coordinator for the NGO network Initiative Mittel- und Osteuropa (InMOE) in Germany. He currently holds the position of Second Chairperson. In 2018, InMOE was a partner organization of the Young Ambassadors Programme. Inspired by IofC and its approach to change, Timo took part in YAP in 2018, and returned as a facilitator in 2019.
