CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY FOR ONLINE EVENTS

Refund eligibility is determined by the date you make your written refund request relative to the course start date. The start date is defined as 12:00 am midnight CET on the day the course begins, not the time at which it starts during the day. 

  • 8 days prior to course start date: 100% refund. 
  • 4 – 7 days prior to course start date: 75% refund. 
  • Less than 3 days (72 hours) prior to course start date: you are no longer eligible for a refund.
