Experience the Swiss National Day in the Gardens of the Caux Palace with Live Music!
Come spend the day with your family and friends and discover a hidden gem of the Montreux Riviera area: the Caux Palace gardens and its exceptional view on the lake and the mountains. 20 minutes from Montreux by an unforgettable train ride up the mountain.
Programme
There will be a blow up castle for the children to play as well as a musical and historical discovery for everyone:
- 10 am: opening of the Caux Palace gardens
- 11am: alphorn concert
- 1 pm / 2 pm / 3pm: Discovery tours of the historical Caux Palace
- 5 pm: unwind in the gardens listening to the jazzy sounds of The Lounge-Band
Drinks, food and homemade ice cream will be available the whole day. Free Entrance.

How to get there
From the Montreux station take the authentic little train to Rochers de Naye. You’ll be in Caux in 20 minutes and will enjoy the view already on the train. The journey to Caux is also a great experience not to miss!
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, places are limited and we kindly ask you to register at the entrance to the gardens. The Caux Palace building will only be accessible as part of the "Discovery" tours. The gardens will close at 11pm.
