Photography Workshop: The Art of Seeing - With Yousef Khanfar
A 75th Anniversary Arts Event
The Art of Seeing is a photography workshop, organized and led by the photographer Yousef Khanfar as part of the 75th anniversary celebrations of the Caux Conference and Seminar Centre.
The workshop is designed to share ‘how to see’ – regardless whether you are an amateur or professional photographer, whether you choose traditional or digital technology, colour or black and white.
The workshop focuses on the keen observation of light and shadows, contrast, patterns, flow, timing, rules, and transforming the scene into magical compositional elements within the frame.
The goal is to share the creative aspects of photography, including how to create powerful images and messages that can have emotional connection, intellectual depth and personal impact.
