The art of corporate governance is to steer a company through the storms and whirlwinds that threaten it, to ensure its sustainability and development. In an era of global responsibility is is also crucial to combine sustainability, equity and efficiency practices at the service of all stakeholders. Moreover large companies have a global footprint that makes them de facto partners in world governance.
What are the tasks and means of action of corporate governance in the 21st century? How are companies going to respond when confronted to systemic world crisis?

In this session, participants elaborated on the theme, drew on personal experience and silent reflection, meet in small discussion groups and finally came back together in a plenary session, with the panelists’ contributions and concluding remarks.
