Brendan Kelly

Brendan Kelly is the Global Head of Leadership and Professional Development and Head of the Wealth Institute for Crédit Suisse AG. Crédit Suisse has a workforce of 76,000 people located in 50 countries. It serves private and corporate clients through its Wealth Management, Asset Management and Investment Banking businesses.

Between 2015 and 2018, Brendan was the Chief of Staff for Credit Suisse Private Banking, Asia Pacific. In this role, he was responsible for Ultra High Net Worth and Next Generation clients, Business Management, Human Resources, and Communications and Marketing. He joined Credit Suisse in January 2013 as Head of Leadership and Organizational Development for the Asia Pacific region, based in Singapore.

Before this, Brendan was Group Talent and Performance Director at Lloyds Banking Group, where he worked closely with the CEO and Executive Committee to define new talent management strategies, organizational structures, leadership capabilities and enhanced workforce planning. His early career was in Advisory Sales and Wealth Management in both client-facing relationship management and team leader roles.

He is an alumnus of the University of Oxford, holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and is a visiting faculty member of the Said Business School at the University of Oxford.
