Our guided tours of the Caux Palace are a special offer to add onto your stay in Caux! Goals

The Caux Initiatives of Change Fondation invites you to explore the historic spaces of the Caux Palace, a landmark in the history of the Swiss hospitality industry.

We will open the doors of its prestigious spaces and bedrooms, as well as behind-the-scenes areas usually reserved for staff, including the early 20th century  laundry room and staff staircases. This is a unique opportunity to experience the rich heritage of this iconic monument first-hand.

Objectives and deliverables

The Caux Palace is not only a landmark in the history of the Swiss hotel industry, it is also the home of a spiritual and diplomatic movement that has been committed to encouraging dialogue between groups of people for over 75 years.

Our guided tours will give you an insight into the history and architecture of one of Europe's most luxurious early 20th-century hotels. You will discover how people lived there then and now, and what goes on behind the scenes.

The visit also offers an opportunity to delve into the history of Moral Re-Armament/Initiatives of Change with a critical mind , and to discover the activities on offer today at the Caux Palace.
